  1. So, last year for Christmas we hit a snag when we realized that our usual offering of dried fruit and goodies to extended family wasn’t going to work because everyone had gone all Paleo. Fast forward to now. We have a chest freezer for the first time, so Dan pre-bought a dead cow for next fall and said that we should give people jerky for Christmas. And I said, “oh yeah and what was that Paleo brownie recipe that Danielle posted a while back,” and then I come here and find that you have a freaking recipe archive. My extended Paleo family thanks you.

    1. Ha! You’re totally welcome!!! Would you guys be interested in a guest post when you start making the jerky? I made some in my oven last year, and it turned out well, but I haven’t had the need to make it since, and it would be cool to hear you guys talking about making it from a dead cow, haha!
