    How is everything in Albany? I hope you are doing well and enjoying your time. Zemie says you are drowning in reading :(. What is your etsy shop? I want to go and check it out. I love your blog by the way. I’m starting my own blog about wedding things in an effort to promote my etsy shop and brand. I have a lot to learn though my blog is way not as cool as yours.   3. I read your post from awhile back about combining crossfit with weight watchers and I would like ot ask you a few more questions. I am a lifetime member of weight watchers, almost 4 years ago I made goal and became a lifetime member. I know weight watchers and how it works. In the past 2 years, I have lost my mom due to ovarian cancer. As her caretaker, it was a 16 month journey of many emotions. During that time, my husband who has always worked out and enjoys training had his first experience of Crossfit. He loved it and began to learn more. After my moms passing, I decided to learn more about it. I love the Crossfit WOD’s. I am a very picky eater, therefore the type of paleo doesn’t work good for me. I have struggled with my nutrition. Being, that I know that WW works and it worked great for me. I am trying to combine WW with Crossfit. I know that you have done both , and I would like any advice that you may have. One thing that I am trying to figure out is how is the best way to log my activity points with Crossfit with WW?
